Tracing Architecture is based in Oslo, Norway and was founded in May 2019 by Anne Marit Lunde. Lunde is an independent curator, architect, editor and writer focusing on presentation and communication of contemporary architecture and art through exhibitions, education projects and editorial work.
Lunde holds an M. Arch. from Universität der Künste in Berlin and B. Arch. from Technische Universität in Vienna. She has studied Art History and German at the University of Bergen and Oslo and art at the Wiener Kunstschule, Vienna.
As a curator at the National Museum for Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo from 2004 to 2019, Lunde has worked on a rich and diverse program of exhibitions, lectures and debates, events and educational programs for professionals as well as broader audiences. She has curated, co-curated and been a project manager for a significant number of exhibitions and events on architecture.
Lunde has been board member and interim director at Galleri ROM, Oslo and also worked several years as an architect, prop master and production designer in Norway and Germany.
Since 2019 Lunde is running her own practices Tracing Architecture in Oslo. She is currently working as an editor-in-chief for the magazine Kunst Pluss.
