The National Museum – Architecture, Norway
The exhibition showed works by the architect Per Line (1936-1997). With his restrained, timeless projects Line stands out as an interpreter and renewer of Norwegian architecture tradition. Today, twenty-two years after he died, many of his thoughts are highly topical and fervently discussed both nationally and internationally, when it comes to the use of locally sourced materials, simple construction techniques and vernacular building traditions. The exhibition showed eight selected projects from Lines oeuvre.
The touring exhibition was produced by Hå gamle prestegard and presented in collaboration with The National Museum.
Curator and Exhibition Design: Ådne Trodahl
Project Manager at the National Museum: Anne Marit Lunde
The eight projects shown in the exhibition are photographed by: Rasmus Norlander
The exhibition was accompanied by an exhibition catalogue produced by Hå gamle prestegard.
